Luis Ibarra + Teresa Rosano

Both native Tucsonans and graduates of the University of Arizona College of Architecture, Luis and Teresa founded Ibarra Rosano Design Architects in 1999. This young team has already earned national recognition as one of Arizona’s top design firms. They were selected by Architecture Magazine as one of nine firms to represent Arizona in its issue on “the Arizona School,” and their work was exhibited at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art in its architecture and design show featuring work from six architecture firms from the southwest region. Their work has been published internationally, and has received numerous regional and national awards. They have served as jurors for many architectural competitions, and have participated in panel discussions for Architecture Magazine as well as for the Design Conference in Los Angeles on the city’s historic Case Study Houses.
